New Member to the Team
Please welcome our new
registered dietitian, Amy Ingols. Amy comes from California, getting
her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Food Science from California
State University, Chico. She completed her dietetic internship at the
University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics. It was here that she
participated in their bariatric clinic and grew an interest for weight
loss surgeries. Amy is happy to be a resource for any diet &
exercise questions!

Comfortable Exercising!
 If you’re looking for a great support during
exercise, the Enell sports bra comes highly recommended from one of our
patients. They fit sizes 32 C to 52 DD and they have their own sizing
chart to help you choose the best fit. They come in all colors and are
available online but might also have a store near you. Check this out
if you’re looking to make exercising a more comfortable experience.
