Returns are only possible for UNOPENED, UNUSED products. Returns must be received within 10 days of shipment/order pickup. They may be brought to the office in person or can be sent via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. You (e-store customer) are responsible for all shipping/transport costs. Any opened, damaged, partially used or expired products ARE NOT RETURNABLE/REFUNDABLE. Please contact the office at 415 820-5939 before returning any items in order to obtain a return number/authorization. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.
